1st Training School on “Dissecting the Role of Phytobiota in Plant Health” in Verona, Italy, from 29 to 31 July 2024

The MiCropBiomes COST Action will hold its 1st Training School on “Dissecting the Role of Phytobiota in Plant Health” in Verona, Italy, from July 29 to 31, 2024, jointly organised by the University of Bologna and the University of Verona. Application for participation in the Training School is now possible. Successful candidates will receive training on the role of the phytobiota in plant-pathogen interactions, the molecular signalling governing plant-phytobiota-pathogen interaction. Moreover, a laboratory training will be organised to get familiar with protocols to characterize the beneficial phytobiota.

The MiCropBiomes COST Action will cover the travel and subsistence costs of Trainers and Trainees according to the Annotated Rules for COST Actions (please check Section A1-3.1 Travel Reimbursement Rules).

The application deadline is 28 June, 2024.

The results of the evaluation will be announced by 1 July. The Training School is open to 15 candidates. If the maximum number of applicants is not reached after the selection, a second call for applications will be opened on 3 July.
